Here is our current pricing information for our instruments.  The cost for a new instrument includes the painted decoration similar to the ones shown in the harpsichord photo gallery.  However, one could choose to have his or her harpsichord made with a wood finish instead.  Theodore is also available for commissions on building custom instruments.  Please contact us with all your inquiries.

	We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Some of the above prices are negotiable depending upon the model of the instrument, the complexity of decoration and the overall style.
	Services available include the following:
	Tuning, Voicing, Moving, Restringing, Conversion to a Transposing Keyboard, Soundboard Painting, Soundboard Replacement, Case Decoration, Lid Painting, etc.
	Maintenance and repair prices will be determined on an individual basis, depending on the size, style and condition of the instrument.  Please inquire for rates. Use our Contact Form here.
	Trade-In Allowance and Offerings: We accept trade-in instruments and will lower the price of a new instrument accordingly. Therefore, we often have used instruments by other builders for sale. Please contact us to inquire what instruments are currently available.
	Payment Terms: To guarantee a place on our waiting list, we ask for a deposit of $500 (half of which is non-refundable). When building begins, we require a down payment of at least 1/3 the value of the finished instrument. The buyer is welcome to send additional payments during the building process. Delivery is available for the continental US and most of Canada--charges will be assessed based on mileage calculated for our round trip and current gas prices. This travel fee is due in advance, before the delivery date. The final remaining balance is due in full upon receipt of the instrument. Freight shipment is available world-wide. Before shipping, the buyer's account must be current and the remaining balance plus all shipping fees will be paid in full.
